Curve Technologies Pty Ltd ABN 13 110 627 113 is committed to the protection of personal information. Curve Technologies is subject to the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

The NPPs govern the way we collect, use, disclose and secure information obtained by us in the course of our business as a service provider.

We do not use or disclose personal information held for the purposes of our business to third parties except where authorised or required by law.
We have data quality procedures in place to check that personal information we hold about individuals is accurate, complete and up-to-date. We are also committed to ensuring that information is held securely at all times.

All personal information is held securely and steps are taken to protect information held from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Some of those steps include:

Physical access controls to the premises where information is kept.
Computer and network security including password and other electronic protection.
Training of staff on information handling processes.
Secure off-site storage and audited disaster recovery practices.

We may need to retain information in order to meet statutory legal and business requirements. Once information is no longer required, it will be destroyed in a secure manner.
Where individuals have a right to access personal information held by us on behalf of our clients we are able to accommodate such requests. A reasonable charge may apply to gain access to information. Any applicable charges will be advised to the individual if a request is made.
If the individual establishes that information held is not accurate, complete or up to date, then reasonable steps will be taken to correct the information.
Complaints or concerns about privacy matters can be advised to the Privacy Officer in writing (contact details below). We aim to investigate and respond to any complaints in writing within 30 days.
